POSITION SUMMARY Seeking a full- or part-time BE / BC
radiologist to join our highly collegial team of 20
semi-specialized radiologists and 3 physician assistants. Primary
goal is recruiting colleagues with strong interpersonal skills
motivated to provide patient-centered care. We are particularly
interested in candidates with MSK fellowship training. The ideal
candidate would have experience in diagnostic musculoskeletal
ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures. Physician-led
multi-specialty medical group exclusively serving Kaiser Permanente
members in the Atlanta area. Outpatient and urgent care imaging
only; Teleradiology covers overnights. Full-time radiologists
average 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
per month. Compensatory weekdays off for weekend shifts. Group
averages 70 wRVUs per shift. Weekday shifts are
modality / subspecialty oriented; evening and weekend shifts are
general. All radiologists are placed on shareholder track. Option
to work from home for non-patient facing work, including evenings
and weekends. Compensation structure with initial fixed salary
phase allowing for low stress onboarding focused on quality and
enculturation followed by transition to market-leading
productivity-based compensation when advantageous to the
radiologist (typically 1-2 years). Comprehensive medical and dental
