In these multiple commercial HVAC technician roles, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of heating and cooling systems in condominium buildings. You'll diagnose and repair a variety of equipment, from cooling towers and pumps to RTUs, split systems, and more. This role offers a variety of tasks, with occasional equipment replacements and installations to keep your skills sharp. 4 positions open!  NO ON-CALL!!

Responsibilities :

• Respond to service calls for repairs in condominium buildings
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in commercial HVAC equipment, including cooling towers, pumps, drives, RTUs, and split systems
• Perform repairs on existing equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation
• Occasionally replace and install new HVAC equipment
• Maintain detailed service records
• Collaborate with building management and residents to minimize disruption during repairs
• Prioritize safety procedures and adhere to all company policies
• Experience working on Cooling Towers, Large Pumps, Electronic Controls, as well as commercial HVAC equipment over 25 tons up to 100 tons
• Understanding 3 phase power and being able to work on cooling towers and supporting equipment
