Experienced Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Engineer

Job Responsibilities :
- Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 Services including Enterprise and Mobility
- Maintenance of On-Premise and Azure Active Directory environments including Group Policies
- Deployment of Infrastructure improvements on Client environments
- Assist in maintaining and deploying other Client applications and environments
- Leading initiatives for researching and deploying new applications
- Leading IT Projects for Clients
- Coordinating various IT Staff and Operations
- Provide guidance and leadership as a Senior staff member of the team
- Assist in managing Support Services and related deliverables
- Working with End-Users and Vendors to support applications and environments
- Working with Client Stakeholders on strategy and vision
- Meeting regularly with Clients and attend Client meetings and engaging Executive Management
- Supporting Client initiatives remotely and on-premise
- Routine network maintenance in various Microsoft environments
Requirements :
Three years or more of IT support experience is preferredOne year or more of advanced Office 365 experience is preferredSolid experience in support management roles is preferredExperience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory is preferredHaving a worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support roleAn excellent reputation for support to end-users and leading teamsExcellent decision making and critical-thinking skillsExcellent organizational and communication skills are requiredAbility to meet deadlines with Projects and AssignmentsAbility to learn and support new technologies and train othersSome regional travel maybe required all expenses paidParticipate in an on-call rotation scheduleMust be an energetic and highly motivated self-starterMust be self-motivated and have a positive attitudeMust be detail orientedMust have the ability to multi-taskMust have excellent oral and written communication skillsMust have the ability to communicate effectively with othersCompany Benefits :
