The Opportunity

As the Senior Automation Implementation Engineer, you will specialize in ideation, design, and implementation of automation solutions that are safe and economical for material handling systems in processes across the network. You will communicate the vision, detailed roadmap, and technical solutions to make a compelling business case with our senior executives. You will report to the Senior Manager, Automation Controls Engineering and will work remote, with quarterly travel.

Your Impact

• Solution Design : You will develop automation prototype design solutions tailored to the needs of each project. This includes selecting and integrating MHE equipment and creating detailed system layouts.
• System Integration : You will work with our equipment vendors, suppliers, your team members to procure and integrate the necessary MHE equipment into the automation system.
• Requirements Analysis : You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and site leaders to understand their specific requirements and goals for the material handling automation project.
• Process Optimization : You will analyze material handling processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Testing and Commissioning : You will test and debug the material handling automation system to ensure functionality.
