About the Role

The Assistant Kitchen & Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting daily food production, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. In addition to being active in the kitchen, this position provides valuable experience on the operational side of the business — including vendor management, scheduling, inventory, deliveries, staff coordination, and client communication.

This is a growth-oriented position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop both culinary and administrative skills within a structured, professional setting.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food service, catering, or kitchen operations
• Strong understanding of food quality standards and kitchen workflows
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling or communication software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
