Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled DOCSIS Engineer with strong application development expertise to support the design, development, optimization, and troubleshooting of broadband network solutions and related applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DOCSIS technologies, cable modem provisioning, CMTS systems, and the ability to build and maintain software tools that enhance network operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and optimize DOCSIS-based broadband networks, including CMTS and cable modems.
• Support deployment, provisioning, and troubleshooting of DOCSIS 2.0 / 3.0 / 3.1 / 4.0 technologies.
• Develop and maintain internal tools, applications, and automation scripts to support network operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions for device management, monitoring, and analytics
• Analyze network performance data and create dashboards or apps for reporting and insights.
• Participate in integration of DOCSIS systems with OSS / BSS applications.
• Ensure network stability, reliability, and scalability through code and configuration improvements.
• Write technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational guidelines.
