What you'll do :
Manage multiple work orders effortlessly, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
Be the friendly face resolving customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction remains our priority.
Team up with customers, installers, and engineers to guarantee exceptional service delivery and customer happiness.
Keep our customers in the loop, updating them on the status of their orders promptly and addressing any queries they may have.
Conduct thorough site assessments to understand lighting needs and propose tailor-made solutions.
Keep meticulous records of all lighting assets and their maintenance schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Be an active participant in our weekly meetings, sharing insights and updates on projects.
Coordinate installations efficiently, considering customer preferences and resource availability.
Be the guardian of our database, ensuring it remains up-to-date and accessible.
Oversee billing functions to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
What you bring :
A high school diploma is a must, while an engineering degree would be a bonus.
Microsoft Access for database management
Microsoft Office and Excel.
Sharp problem-solving skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
The ability to thrive independently while also excelling in collaborative environments.
Exceptional communication skills, ensuring seamless interactions with team members and customers alike.
A knack for technical problem-solving, ensuring no lighting challenge goes unsolved.
What to expect :
Work from our downtown Milwaukee office or our Service Center, with the flexibility of remote work 2-3 days a week.
Enjoy a blend of in-office and remote training sessions to kickstart your journey with us.
Occasionally, you'll hit the road to project sites, ensuring hands-on involvement when needed.
