Software Engineer
Basic QualificationsAssociate Software Engineer: 0 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Science
Software Engineer: 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Science or 0 years of experience with a Master’s degree in Science
Experience with components of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including software design, requirements, development, integration, testing, or deployment
Professional experience developing software using Python or similar languages
Familiarity with Agile software development and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Fisheye/Crucible, and Bitbucket
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in team environments
Active DoD Secret clearance or higher required
Must be able to work on-site, in office
Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
Experience developing technical solutions in collaboration with product teams
Experience in test automation–related software development
Experience using Jenkins and Elasticsearch
Experience in Agile/Scrum leadership roles (e.g., Scrum Master or Product Owner)
Current Security+ certification
Clearance: Secret
The selected Engineer will serve as an individual contributor on an Automated Test and Verification (ATV) software team within an Architecture & Delivery organization. This role focuses on developing automation-related software products that support system-level requirement verification and testing for a U.S. Government defense program.
Responsibilities include building software products assigned by leadership to support test automation and verification efforts in an Agile environment.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting with high expectations, diverse technical assignments, and collaborative teams spanning all experience levels.
