Now Hiring : Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS / MLT) – Full Time, Nights (8pm-6 : 30am)

Northern Ohio

Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (based on experience & commitment level)

Seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientist II (or MLT / MLS equivalent) to join an outstanding night shift team at a respected community hospital in Northern Ohio.

Position Overview :

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you'll perform routine and complex diagnostic testing, evaluate results, ensure quality control, and maintain laboratory instruments—all within a high-compliance, patient-focused environment. Core lab position!

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in medical technology, lab science, or related field

ASCP MLS or Categorical Certification (or eligibility within 1 year of hire) required

Completion of a clinical lab training program or qualifying experience as outlined by CLIA
