The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a Mid-Level Electronic Warfare Engineer located in Berkeley, MO.

BDS is a global leader in the development, production, maintenance and enhancement of fixed-wing and rotary wing aircraft, commercial and government satellites, human spaceflight programs and weapons. Position Responsibilities :

• Lead collaboration with suppliers to develop and enhance advanced electronic warfare systems, ensuring that designs meet specifications and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop and refine electronic warfare systems, ensuring alignment with requirements and specifications.
• Assist in the integration of electronic warfare systems into a tactical aircraft platform, ensuring that all components function together effectively.
• Conduct assessments of electronic warfare technologies and systems, analyzing performance metrics and compliance to requirements and standards.
• Develop and implement test plans and procedures to validate the functionality and effectiveness of electronic warfare systems, including both laboratory and flight testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, plans and procedures.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and integration phases of the electronic warfare systems.
• Ensure that all electronic warfare systems meet relevant military and regulatory standards, including safety and operational requirements.
• Support project management activities, including tracking progress, managing timelines and coordinating resources related to electronic warfare system development.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the lifecycle of products, offering guidance and assistance in resolving complex issues.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
