Ops - Committee on Appropriations

The Committee on Appropriations is recruiting multiple individuals to provide administrative support to committee staff. These clerical positions serve in a temporary, time-limited capacity. OPS employees will work 32 to 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., with some occasional evening hours. Individuals may anticipate employment between October 2025 March 2026.

Examples of Work Performed :

• Provides administrative assistance.
• Answers phones and routes incoming calls.
• Greets visitors.
• Loads copiers and makes copies.
• Files documents.
• Inputs data and runs reports.
• Prepares meeting notebooks.
• Operates recording software during committee meetings.
• Delivers documents within the Capitol complex.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Minimum Qualifications :

A high school diploma or its equivalent or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Salary : Hourly rate of pay is $15.00
