Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Telemetry
Location : Winchester, VA
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join the Medical Telemetry team at a leading regional hospital in Winchester, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and collaborative environment within a Level II Trauma Center.

Unit Information :
30-bed Medical Telemetry UnitNurse-to-patient ratio : 1 : 6Patient population : Adults (18+)Common diagnoses : Acute Coronary Syndrome, post-AMI care, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions, CHF, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Arrhythmias, Syncope, and CADResponsibilities :
Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients in the Medical Telemetry UnitCollaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care plansMonitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditionsEducate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care needsMaintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standardsQualifications :
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (RN Diploma, ASN, or ADN) required; BSN preferredActive RN licensure (or eligibility) in Virginia requiredStrong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex patient cases in a telemetry settingExcellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skillsWhy Join :
