Certified Surgical Tech First Assist - Full Time (10-Hour Day Shifts)

Position Overview

• Assist surgeons intraoperatively as a first assist across a variety of surgical specialties
• Provide direct patient care including preoperative skin preparation, draping, retraction, hemostasis, and wound closure under surgeon supervision
• Collaborate with operating room staff to ensure sterile field integrity and surgical flow
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Support patient positioning and safety measures throughout the procedure
• Document relevant surgical activities in the patient medical record
