CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for an Customer Service Representative to join a leading financial services team in Dakota Dunes, SD This on-site position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in escrow, mortgage, or financial services who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to accurate and compliant financial operations. Customer Service Representative Location Dakota Dunes, SD | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $18 / hour
• Monday – Friday between 9AM – 5 : 30 PM CST (Training : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM CST)
• W2 Employment ROLE IMPACT As a key contributor within a fast-paced financial services team, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports accurate and timely escrow operations. The CSR directly impacts customer satisfaction and compliance by managing insurance-related inquiries and ensuring proper account updates. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to inbound calls regarding escrow accounts and insurance disbursements
• Guide customers through insurance carrier updates and billing adjustments
• Maintain documentation and records in compliance with financial regulations MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years’ experience in a call center, preferably in escrow, mortgage, or financial services
• Strong attention to detail with effective analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to resolve issues and follow procedures accurately CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Escrow and mortgage servicing platforms
• Microsoft Excel and internal reporting systems
• Email platforms and customer communication tools PREFERRED SKILLS
• Familiarity with CPI insurance policies and escrow cycles
• Experience with documentation in regulated financial environments
