Job descriptionCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred. Experience running Agile sprints with milestone tracking and retrospectives. Excellent written and verbal communication. Prepares weekly status reports, meeting notes, and change control logs. Manages expectations with Knowledge Services and CDOT teams. Identifies risks early and creates mitigation strategies. Documents scope changes and obtains written approvals. Understands AWS, .NET Core, CMS platforms, and integration principles. Can translate business needs into technical deliverables. Plans and schedules content manager and analytics training sessions. Ensures delivery of written materials and post-launch support documentation.
