Responsibilities include assisting members in private training, accurate administration of client programs, revenue generating activities, selling training sessions, achieving monthly revenue objectives, reviewing sales performance, performing administrative duties, alerting staff of repairs, supervising coach sales, and more.

Qualifications include in-depth knowledge of personal training, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a strong customer service focus, strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, CPR / AED certification, a high school diploma or GED, and minimum six months of related experience.
