Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage contract renewals to minimize churn and ensure continuity of service
Identify and act on opportunities to expand product and service adoption within existing accounts
Build strong, trust-based relationships with global clients and key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a full sales cycle or account manager role
Aviation industry experience required
Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese
Experience managing renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM systems such as Oro (or similar)
