About this Role :
Were looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to support the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced construction office . In this role, youll work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure efficient administrative processes and help keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities :
Data entry and invoice managementProcess payables accurately in the accounting systemFile, organize, and maintain office recordsSchedule appointments and manage calendarsTrack and follow up on delegated tasksSubmit required documents to city and county agenciesCommunicate updates with the Project ManagerReview, code, and route invoicesAnswer incoming calls and manage office correspondenceUse Microsoft Word and Excel to complete clerical tasksAssist with AIA billing and report auditsPerform general office duties as neededQualifications :
2+ year of administrative or office support experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and time management skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work independentlyPreferred Qualifications :
