We're looking for a sharp, hands-on operator who's ready to take the reins across a small portfolio of select-service hotels in South Florida—and help shape the future of a growing, independent management group.

This isn't a bloated corporate environment. It's lean, fast-moving, and performance-driven. You'll work directly with ownership, have a real seat at the table, and play a key role in scaling operations the right way.

What You'll Own :

• Oversee day-to-day performance of multiple select-service hotels
• Mentor and develop GMs into strong, accountable leaders
• Drive P&L, labor, guest satisfaction, and service consistency
• Identify operational gaps, and roll up your sleeves to fix them
• Partner with ownership on growth strategy and new property onboarding
