We are looking for a Senior Manager, Fraud Policy & Governance to lead the development and execution of fraud governance and risk policy frameworks within Vanguard's Enterprise Risk Management function. This role serves as the first line of defense, ensuring robust controls, policies, and procedures are in place to prevent and detect internal and external fraud. Responsibilities include designing controls, ensuring control execution, partnering with controls testing teams to ensure ongoing effectiveness, maintaining fraud policies and procedures, training teams, and preparing for audits and risk assessments.
In addition, in this role you will continue to build and lead a high-performing team, establish scalable governance structures, and partner globally with stakeholders.
