Position Overview

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, while having opportunities to engage in teaching, quality improvement, and system-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and families in a community-focused environment.
Collaborate with specialists, hospitalists, and allied health professionals across the medical system to ensure coordinated care.
Participate in inpatient coverage, obstetrics, or procedures as aligned with interests and hospital needs (optional).
Contribute to hospital and system-wide quality, safety, and population health initiatives.
Serve as a preceptor or mentor for medical students and residents rotating through the community hospital.
Document care in the systems integrated electronic medical record.
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
Dedication to patient-centered, equitable care in a diverse community setting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
