Medtronic's Cardiac Ablation Solutions division is searching for a dynamic Senior Engineering Program Manager to join our growing Product Development team! The chosen candidate will be a strategic leader, dynamic people leader, and innovative thinker.

Cardiac Ablation Solutions is developing next generation medical technologies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. Our technologies save lives and improve the quality of living for millions of patients across the world by advancing innovation for the diagnosis and ablation of cardiac arrhythmias and enabling clinicians to perform procedures with superior outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional development teams to deliver products from ideation to market launch
• Set clear objectives, evaluate progress against objectives, and instill performance-oriented culture with a focus on accountability
• Build high performing cross-functional project teams on a local and global basis
• Run multiple projects of varying complexity & duration in parallel
• Utilize effective influence, prioritization, conflict resolution & risk management skills
• Drive project execution across functions and facilities to achieve results
• Communicate effectively with functional management and senior leaders
• Manage predictable project schedules and budgets
• Provide regular status updates for management and cross-functional review

Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $168,800.00 - $253,200.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week : Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance / reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
