SUMMARY :

Join our dedicated team as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and individualized patient care. Your proactive approach to supporting residents and collaborating with the nursing team will contribute to the well-being of our community.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Patient Care & Service : Assist residents with daily activities tailored to their individual care plans, help transport them to activities, engage them in leisure activities, and provide emotional support to residents and their families.

Safety : Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.

Communication & Documentation : Communicate effectively with families, directing them to the appropriate staff, promptly respond to resident requests, and provide thorough reports to team members.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Currently certified in New York State as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills preferred.

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.

PAY RANGE : $19.40 - $20.60

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be adjusted moving forward and could be eligible for additional pay components. Compensation is based on experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
