A company is looking for a Patient Appointment Scheduling Specialist (U.S. Based, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Schedule patient appointments by phone using approved scripts and confirm details

Meet daily KPIs for call volume and success rate while maintaining quality and professionalism

Document interactions accurately and collaborate with team members for updates and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S. with a reliable home setup

Experience in call center, patient access, or appointment-setting, preferably in healthcare

Comfortable using cloud phone systems, Slack, and Google Sheets / Excel

Ability to follow scripts, capture accurate notes, and meet daily KPI targets

Adaptable with a growth mindset, willing to iterate messaging based on feedback
