Primary Responsibilities :

  • Analyze client, book-of-business, and industry performance
  • Oversee cross-functional team performance and projects for areas that support Stars
  • Support compilation of executive presentations
  • Provide data support to pharmacists, acct management and leadership
  • Participate in conducting comprehensive case studies and end-of-year analysis
  • Support the development of marketing materials
  • Ensure performance guarantees are tracked to meet goal
  • Create and maintain sources of truth documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is readily available for reference and decision-making purposes

Required Qualifications :

  • 3+ years' experience with Medicare Stars program
  • 2+ years' experience analyzing, tracking and interpreting data to drive results
  • Advanced level with MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Intermediate to advanced experience developing power point presentations and executive summaries
  • Experience developing and managing multiple project plans while collaborating with cross functional teams to drive through completion
  • Experience developing and presenting to stakeholders
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Solid experience with interpreting Medicare Stars analytics
  • Experience providing tech support
  • Understanding client management contract performance results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
