Shift : Variable Days /  start time is before 6a and no later than 10a, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F, 35 GWW, No Weekends, No Call

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements :

TX License

1 year of OT experience - Required

LTC or Rehab Experience - Required

New Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience
