Clinical Nurse Consultant-RN

Engage Consulting is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant-RN for a 1099 contract to support an interim project in the post-acute care space. The ideal candidate will live near any of the following cities: Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo, Akron, or Cambridge, and bring strong clinical expertise, leadership, and operational knowledge to help guide providers through best practices, compliance, and quality initiatives.

Requirements:

• Active RN license, 10+ years preferred
• Proven experience in post-acute/long-term care settings, ideally in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards
• Coachable with an ability to work independently and deliver results on a project basis
• Must be willing to travel to centers regionally within the state.

Details:

• 1099 contract role
• Interim project (short-term engagement)
• Work anywhere between 10-40 hours per week
