The Opportunity : Build the Enterprise Growth Engine for a Category-Defining HealthTech Leader

Title : Director of B2B Marketing

Location : 200 Galleria Pkwy SE, Atlanta, GA 30339

Expectation : Hybrid, 2-3 days Per Week

Reporting to : CEO

This isn't just a B2B marketing role; it's a mission to build the bridge between our revolutionary platform and the largest institutions shaping the future of healthcare. NPHub is a high-growth, PE-backed company that has already cracked the code on a massive two-sided marketplace for Nurse Practitioner students. Now, powered by a fresh $20M investment, we are launching our next phase of growth : conquering the enterprise market. We need a world-class marketing leader to spearhead this charge, targeting the nation's top universities and enterprise health systems.

This role is open because our enterprise opportunity is at a major inflection point, and we need a strategic architect to build the go-to-market playbook from the ground up. You will not be inheriting a legacy strategy; you will be the visionary who defines it. You will own the entire enterprise funnel, from generating initial demand to accelerating pipeline and establishing NPHub as an indispensable partner in the C-suites of academic and healthcare institutions. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It :

Your mission is to architect and execute a sophisticated B2B go-to-market strategy that transforms NPHub from a known entity into an indispensable strategic partner for the nation's leading academic institutions and healthcare systems. You will build the demand generation engine that unlocks our enterprise growth and cements NPHire as the industry-standard platform for clinical talent acquisition and management.

What You'll Own & Achieve :

1 - Enterprise GTM & Pipeline Architecture

Architect and own the end-to-end B2B go-to-market strategy, defining the ideal customer profiles, messaging, and value propositions for our target university and health system partners.

Mastermind and execute powerful account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation campaigns that penetrate high-value accounts, drive qualified leads, and build a predictable, scalable sales pipeline.

Serve as the GTM lead for new enterprise product launches, ensuring flawless execution and market adoption by orchestrating strategy across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

2 - Institutional Brand & Thought Leadership

Elevate the NPHub and NPHire brands to be synonymous with authority and innovation within the enterprise healthcare and academic ecosystems .

Develop a powerful content and thought leadership engine—including case studies, white papers, and industry research—that addresses the specific pain points of institutional stakeholders and establishes us as a strategic partner .

Act as a key partner to the Sales team, equipping them with world-class collateral, messaging, and insights to win complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

3. - Data-Driven Machine Building & Leadership

Build the analytics foundation to measure what matters, owning all B2B marketing KPIs and delivering clear, concise reporting on performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI to the executive team and board.

Use data to relentlessly optimize the marketing mix, refining spend, channels, and strategy to improve conversion rates and drive CAC efficiency.

Attract, mentor, and lead a high-performing B2B marketing team, fostering a culture of ownership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve ambitious growth targets.

The Profile : What You'll Bring to the Table

A Proven Enterprise Marketing Architect : You have a demonstrated track record (8+ years) in B2B marketing, with significant leadership experience (3+ years) creating and executing GTM strategies that win enterprise customers, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or edtech.

An Expert in Complex Sales Cycles : You don't just understand demand generation; you live and breathe the art of engaging complex buying committees within universities, hospitals, or large institutions. Your expertise in ABM, product marketing, and multi-channel campaigns is second to none.

Data-Obsessed & Commercially-Minded : You are fluent in the language of pipeline, conversion rates, and CAC. You have a deep-seated ability to translate raw data into actionable commercial insights and connect every marketing dollar to a revenue outcome..

A "Player-Coach" Leader : You are as comfortable building a strategic annual plan as you are rolling up your sleeves to map out a campaign in HubSpot or Salesforce. You lead from the front and are passionate about mentoring and developing top talent.
