Experience in business analysis, process documentation, or training, preferably within CAPPS or an enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment.

Experience with CAPPS, preferably during an implementation.

Experience in training, instructional design, or system implementation, preferably within a public sector or large organization.

Experience with finance and accounting operations, including system support, particularly as it relates to public sector systems.

Strong background in process mapping, creating step-by-step procedures, and business process documentation.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address and resolve technical and training-related issues.

Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

Certification or training in instructional design, adult education, or a related field.

Previous experience working with a state agency on CAPPS implementation.

Experience with virtual training platforms and tools.
