Job Description: ENT and Allergy Associates of Texas and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC are seeking self-motivated, people-friendly Full Time Call Center Agents for our Corporate office location.
Job Duties - Answering phone calls and assisting patients/physicians needs
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Taking messages
- Assisting the office manager and physician as needed
Job Requirements - NextGen/EMR experience is a plus
- Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance is a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work as a team
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours (must be flexible to work between 8am and 8pm CST) 100% onsite at Corporate office in Sugar Land - TX We offer a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage.
