Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Hi there! This is Jason from ProTouch Medical. We are in search of a Locum OccMed NP for the North Minneapolis area. The ideal Provider will be local to the region and have 5-7 years experience in Occupational Therapy.

Coverage needed : 3 days per week - 8 hour days.

ProTouch provides regionally competitive compensation, travel & malpractice w / tail.

Requirements :

• Prefer an NP for Occupational Health care.
• Must have 5-7yrs Occupational Health experience.
• Must be DOT Certified (conducting DOT Physicals).
• Prefer Infectious Disease / Infection Prevention Experience / Knowledge
• OSHA Record keeping knowledge.
• Prefer workers comp experience / knowledge. Even better is MN specific Workers Comp knowledge.
• Prefer Healthcare / Hospital Experience over Manufacturing.
• NP specific - Prefer COHN. (Certified Occupational Health Nurse)
• MD Specific - Prefer COEM (Certified Occupational & Environmental Medicine)
• MN license - Preferred
• BLS - Required
• Local provider- Highly preferred
