Job Overview

Specialty : Gastroenterology

Location : Pennsylvania (Will credential at 3 hospitals in the area)

Start Date : ASAP, ongoing, Approx 14 shifts monthly available. Must be able to work 5-7 days / month - 60 days to credential

Setting : Primarily a hospital setting with an occasional clinic / procedure coverage

Mon-Sun - 24 hr shifts - 7 : 30-4 : 30 in the hospital plus night call

Occasional clinic - 7 : 30-3 : 30 plus call

Patient Volume : Avg roughly 10 new consults per day for all 3 hospitals combined (10-12 during weekdays and about 8-9 on weekends). Avg about 10 IP procedures per day. Performed over 400 ERCPS across all 3 hospital in 2024.

Job Details : consultations, GI procedures including ERCP, EUS, and follow ups. 95% adult

Requirements : Must have an active PA license or active IMLC, Must be able to do ERCP and EUS and must be board certified

EMR : Epic
