Co-Founder, Head of Growth

We’re a small team of experienced entrepreneurs who’ve built a strong foundation — exceptional products, a loyal customer base, and world-class design and manufacturing already in place. We’re looking for a driven endurance athlete, or someone familiar with the endurance space, with marketing and sales instincts to join us as a co-founder and help take Plant Athletic to the next level.

What you’ll do :

• Lead growth through ecommerce and retail sales
• Drive digital marketing and social ad strategy
• Build authentic relationships within the endurance community
• Help shape the next generation of sustainable performance apparel
