About the Role :

The Operations Leader at Mid TN Dentistry Franklin-512 plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of our dental practice within the Health Care and Social Assistance industry. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing workflows, and enhancing patient experience through effective management of staff and resources. The Operations Leader will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to implement best practices, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or practice management, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and patient privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
