The San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Portland office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work in its national management-side Employment, Labor & Workforce Management (ELWM) practice.
Candidates should have three to five years of employment law experience, with knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws. The ideal candidate should have experience handling all aspects of litigation, such as interviewing witnesses, responding to discovery, drafting motions and briefs, taking and defending depositions, and court appearances. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills. Admission to practice law in California is mandatory.
The expected salary range for this position is $220,000 - $260,000. In addition to the base salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
