Overview

Full Time - Sales Associate - Windows & Walls - Day at Lowe's Companies, Inc. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to help customers with home improvement needs.

Your Day at Lowe's

You will welcome customers, help them find the right products and services, interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating and selecting products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Daily responsibilities may vary by department.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Travel and Working Conditions

This role does not require regular travel; occasional travel to meetings or training may be needed. Working conditions vary by location and may include inside and outside environments with exposure to varying climates and noises. Lifting guidelines : single lifts up to 75 pounds; team lifts may be required for heavier loads. Powered equipment should be used with proper training.
