divh2Program Manager / h2pSaab Inc. is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to oversee all post-delivery support activities for multiple systems for a DoD customer. Support activities commence after the system hardware is delivered and includes, but is not limited to, set-to-work, acceptance testing, on-site support, training, and responding to on-going requests for support. The PM will coordinate these activities with the prime customer and Saab engineers and / or field technicians as appropriate. In addition, the PM will be responsible for all spare parts and repair activities for previously delivered systems as well as assisting with technology transfers as necessary. This includes coordination of quoting activities, processing of purchase orders, tracking of promise dates and receipts, and tracking the movement of parts. The PM will be responsible for cost, schedule and quality metrics for all of the above activities. The successful candidate for this professional position will apply demonstrated knowledge of program / project management principles and concepts to resolve a variety of issues. To be successful in this role you must possess demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in program management, project management, and process improvement. / ppResponsibilities : / pulliServe as primary customer interface. / liliManage Basic Order Agreements between Saab and customers to include quoting, PO reviews, and Task Order Management. / liliCoordinate execution of task orders with Technical Support Manager. / liliEnsure timely submittal of trip reports as required for task orders. / liliManage spares and repairs. / liliInterface between Saab Inc and suppliers. / liliCoordinate with Depot Manager on repairs and set priorities. / liliEnsure compliance with Saab SOPs. / liliInterface with Contracts, Finance, CM, QA, and Purchasing organizations across multiple Saab sites, including international locations. / li / ulpCompensation Range : $99,100- $128,800 The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
