Core Managed is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator that has the desire to join a fast-growing company. This will be an advanced level, fast paced position. The perfect candidate has previous IT experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service talents to deal with non-technical users and exceptional time management skills. There is flexibility for remote work, but you must be local to Indianapolis so that you can serve our clients locally.

General Description
This role assists our clients with the administration of their network, to include Physical Servers, Virtual Servers, Active Directory and Firewalls. A successful team member has strong critical thinking skills and emphasizes documentation and attention to detail.
Experience Required
Associates degree required, higher level degree desired.
Experience at a Managed Service Provider or other outsourced IT firm highly desired.
Skills Required
Having worked within an issue tracking (Ticketing) system in the past. Experience with ConnectWise Manage a strong plus.
