Our 20-bed in patient rehab unit has a NA-to-patient ratio of 1 : 10 is staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Physical Therapists (PT), and Occupational Therapists (OT) providing care for a variety of patients. The team is strong on team work and patient care!

How you'll contribute

A Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I), who excels in this role :

• Accurately identifies patient needs
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for activities of daily living
