We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Team Manager to oversee caregiver operations, ensure exceptional client service, and support the overall success of our clients programs. What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day care team operations, scheduling, and caregiver assignment
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and families
- Conduct client assessments, care plan updates, and quality assurance visits
- Coach, develop, and support caregivers to ensure high performance
- Monitor service delivery and respond quickly to client needs or staffing issues
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing, training, performance, and retention strategies
- Track metrics, document progress, and uphold service excellence standards
