PS UU Student - Admin / Clerical

We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented student who can work independently and manage their time effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must! We encourage current graduate students and undergraduate students applying to the current graduate cycle to apply. Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to the department and clinic offices
• Organize and file paperwork, digitize records, and track departmental purchases
• Maintain student employment records and manage key assignments
• Assist faculty and staff with special events such as Interview Day, Prospective Student Meetings, and Capstone Day
