Purpose

The Reliability & Risk Mitigation Manager is responsible for driving excellence in asset reliability and fire risk mitigation across all manufacturing sites in the organization. This role provides best practices in the reliability improvement, maintenance, and operation of risk management systems (fire / safety / environmental), as well as thermal and electrical systems. The position plays a key role in supporting capital projects by advising on system integration, risk mitigation strategies, and long-term asset reliability to ensure successful project execution and sustainable operations.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Projects

• Provide subject matter expertise to ensure company risk management systems (fire / safety / environmental) comply with company and regulatory standards on all new equipment
• Ensure all new risk management systems are documented in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system as a digital record.
• Assist with Gate 4 process compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, EHS, and Maintenance teams to support project planning and execution from a reliability perspective.
