Training And Development Manager
Develop a Training Strategy and Roadmap : Lead the design and implementation of core training programs including employee on-boarding and continuous training across all levels of the organization
Design Career Pathing Programming : Create and customize training programs and collateral used to attract new talent and retain / develop current employees focused on Experts and Management paths across all categories.
Quality Control : Oversee quality control team across Inbound Operations to measure and report on quality. Measurement to inform both long term and immediate training strategies.
Ensure every program has a clear evaluation strategy in place. Track and regularly report on program impact. Share metrics and insights with business leaders
Collaborate with Creative, HR / Recruiting and Merchandising on internal career pathing and retention marketing.
Oversight over new LMS system implementation in 2021
Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders
A minimum of 10 years of experience in building and scaling training programs
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
Has created and successfully managed delivery of training solutions
You have experience in developing training strategies that include digital training
Strong influencing skills; ability to work in a collaborative and team-centric culture
Can position themselves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executive sponsors
Demonstrated curiosity and ability to deliver with speed, quality and continuous iteration
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently
Extremely detail-oriented and results-driven
Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals
You are an enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others with a track record of building high performing teams

The expected salary range for this role is $200,000.00-$215,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
