Job Description

The Food Runner assists servers in delivering food to the proper table at the right time, clearing dirty plates and trash, responding to other guest needs, and any other tasks that contribute to the smooth flow of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Check food for accuracy, presentation and temperature prior to removing it from the Kitchen area
• Communicate with all parts of the kitchen so food ticket is executed correctly
• Deliver food to tables promptly
• Answer questions about the food if ask guest asks
• Pre-bus from guest tables
• Tidy work stations and expo area
• Understand bar layout in order for food to be delivered correctly
