- Position reports to Accounts Payable + Payroll Manager.

- Position will be fully on site in Secaucus, NJ. Free, parking lot on site available for use. 9am-5pm Schedule.

Responsibilities of the AP Coordinator :
Full cycle accounts payable; matching, batching and coding invoices (approximately 100 per week depending on season)Ensure invoices have proper approvalsReconciliations as it related to accounts payableProcess expense reimbursementsExperience Preferred of the AP Coordinator :
