Job Type : Full-Time

Shift :  3rd Shift - Sunday-Wednesday 9pm-7am

Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour

Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment, conducting quality control checks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

What You'll Do :

As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in all tasks. Your responsibilities will include :

• Operating & Monitoring Equipment – Run and oversee various production and packaging machines to maintain workflow.
• Quality Control & Inspections – Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Record Keeping – Complete and maintain accurate logs, checklists, and production forms daily.
• Physical Tasks – Lift, stack, and organize boxes weighing between 35-50 lbs.
• Cross-Training & Teamwork – Be open to learning new tasks and assisting in other areas when needed.
• Workplace Maintenance – Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
• Fast-Paced Environment – Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Standing for Long Periods – This role requires being on your feet for extended shifts.
