Position Overview :
As a Pharmacy Manager , you'll oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and lead a team of pharmacists and technicians. You will play a critical role in optimizing workflow, enhancing patient outcomes, and ensuring a high standard of pharmaceutical care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage pharmacy operations and supervise staff performance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies
- Oversee medication dispensing, inventory control, and quality assurance processes
- Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and customer service
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and leadership to improve care delivery and outcomes
