Maintenance Supervisor
Under general direction, this position will oversee and prioritize all aspects of small to mid-sized facilities and a limited number of accounts. The incumbent will manage the day-to-day planning and organizing of shop personnel and projects to meet business needs. The incumbent will manage facility audits, inventory, budgets, and meeting goals. Execute change management plans for any shop changes. Oversee and / or manage facility staffing. Consult with leadership on equipment updates, details, and reporting. This position has the possibility to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and / or weekends in addition to overtime; it requires full-time attendance.

Minimum Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED equivalent with up to 5 years of related experience and / or military equivalent experience, and 3-5 years of direct or indirect management experience
