Duties Description
Obtain information concerning application for various type licenses or permits to sell alcoholic beverages. Interview complainants, witnesses, licensees, employees, and take written statements / affidavits relating to possible violations of the alcoholic beverage control law, rules, and regulations. Conduct both disclosed and undercover investigations. Examine records of licensed establishments to ensure compliance with the alcoholic beverage control law. Testify at administrative hearings. Other duties as assigned.
