Description :
First Time Travelers : Yes
Shift Requirements : 13-16 week assignments available.
FLOATING REQUIRED TO PROGRESSIVE CARE
Weekend Coverage : Every third weekend
Skillset Requirements :
Staffing Ratios : 1 : 2
Unit Information : 18 bed open critical care unit Staffed 2 patients to 1 RN unless high acuity then 1 : 1, No ECMO, No Transplant No NeuroTrauma / Neurosurg. CV / Open Heart surgery staffed by Ball / own nurses for first 36 hours. Resp Failure, Sepsis, CHF, Covid numbers declining, STEMI, Surgical. IABP and CVVHD ran on unit but not necessary for travel contract.
